Payments made simple!
You can decide how to manage payment, as TicketNinja offers and supports various payment methods. By enabling online payment, every step is automatic, including the registration, transfer payment, invoicing, etc.
You decide how to complete payments. TicketNinja currently supports PayPal and SimplePay accounts, but we are constantly extending our list of available services. Enabling online payments automates the ticket purchasing, registration and invoicing processes even when only the transfer payment option is selected.
The cash payment option is available for both online and onsite purchases. We collect the items to be paid on the visitor’s account based on their orders. Tickets will only be activated after payment is complete.
Transfer payments can be fully automated using SimplePay. The system credits all payments, therefore there is no need to follow-up manually. For traditional transfer payments, our system automatically sends transfer data information to visitors. It is possible to pay for each unpaid item on site by cash.
Whether you love it or despise it, you cannot escape invoicing. Invoice one-by-one, manually? Never! Don’t worry, because TicketNinja supports the integration of external invoicing systems so online ticket purchases and invoicing are fully automated. You do not have to worry about wire transfers or onsite payments as issues can be issued for these too by simply clicking a button.
TicketNinja also supports the purchase of multiple tickets in one transaction. With the option of “Group registration”, a single person can go through the registration process and manage the purchase of tickets and the colleagues for whom they are making the purchase will be notified of the transaction via e-mail.
Because TicketNinja supports onsite ticket sales (with various payment methods) and registration for programs even those who did not manage to pre-purchase tickets can still be accommodated.

Would you like to hear or know more about your visitors? TicketNinja lets you set different questions for different tickets, which your visitors can then respond to. The links shared by the landing pages which TicketNinja generates automatically contain the meta tags for social ads. Therefore, you can provide a professional Facebook appearance for your event by simply sharing a link.
